Shipping Policy 

All fabrics are sold on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–5 weeks from the date of pre-order closing date for your order to be processed and shipped.

• Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Standard postage rates apply.

• If you order both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

• Due to varying fabric sizes and weights, additional postage charges may apply. If this occurs, you will be notified and invoiced for the difference before your order is shipped.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• Processing Time in stock items: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 – 4 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g., preorder fabrics).

   

• Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Post: 7–10 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Post: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
    (Please note these are estimates and may vary)

• Postage Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout according to Australia Post rates. If postage is underpaid due to bulky items, you will receive a separate invoice for the balance before your order is dispatched.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

• Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels once handed to Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for delivery issues.
