Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Fabric Mania, you agree to the following terms.

📌 Preorders & Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Fabric is sold as preorder items.

  • Preorders remain open for the advertised dates.

  • Turnaround time begins once the preorder closes, not from the purchase date.

  • Estimated TAT: 3–5 weeks unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays can occur due to manufacturing or shipping issues. Customers will be notified if delays arise.

📏 Fabric Cuts & Variations

  • Fabric is sold in 0.5 metre increments unless stated otherwise.

  • Multiple quantities will be cut as one continuous piece where possible.

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes.

🎨 Design Scale & Fabric Base

  • Please check scale and fabric base carefully before ordering.

  • Fabric Mania is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

💳 Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

🚚 Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Fabric Mania is not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

❌ Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the preorder closes.

  • Changes may be requested before closing but are not guaranteed.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom printed nature of our fabrics:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements will be offered only if the fabric is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order with photos provided.

🧼 Care Instructions

  • Wash in cold water with mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Line dry recommended.

  • Fabric Mania is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

🖨️ Print Faults & Quality

Fabric Mania takes great care to ensure high print quality. Due to the custom printing process, minor imperfections may occasionally occur.

The following are not considered faults:

  • small specks, lint, or tiny marks that do not affect usability

  • slight colour variations between print runs

  • minor print line inconsistencies within industry tolerance

  • small flaws within the fabric selvage or edges

  • slight scale or placement variations

A print fault is defined as:

  • large ink smears or stains

  • significant colour bleeding or transfer

  • misprinted or missing sections of the design

  • major banding or lines affecting usability

  • holes or damage within the printable area

If you believe your fabric has a print fault:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide a video showing the issue

  • Do not cut or wash the fabric before contacting us

If a fault is confirmed, Fabric Mania will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
