Shipping policy for pre-order fabric

All fabrics are sold on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–5 weeks from the date of pre-order closing for your order to be processed and shipped.

• Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Standard postage rates apply.

• If you order both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

• Due to varying fabric sizes and weights, additional postage charges may apply. If this occurs, you will be notified and invoiced for the difference before your order is shipped.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
